    We need YOU! God has given Pastor Arrington a "global" vision that begins right here at NDOM in Rocky Mount, NC. This vision requires each of us putting our hands to the plow and serving faithfully in this vineyard. We need your gifts, talents, and abilities to do this. Our Guest & Member Services team needs smiling faces to help welcome our guest and care for our members. Our Children's Ministry team needs parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles who have a vested interest in our children being trained up in the way he/she should go. Our Couples Ministry needs married people who are committed to improving their own marriages and the marriages of others. Our Singles Ministry needs single people who are committed to being whole and content in their state of singleness. Our Men's Ministry needs men who are on a mission and recognize their positional authority. Our Women's Ministry needs women who are striving to become the Proverbs 31 woman. Our Housekeeping Team needs people who understand that taking care of God's house positions your house for care.

    We are not looking for PERFECT people because none of us would qualify. We are looking for AVAILABLE and WILLING people who are determined to add some kingdom work to their faith. We are looking for YOU! It is time for you to discover your piece to the NDOM puzzle. The puzzle is not complete without you!
